Sitaron Se Agay Jahan Aur Bhi Hain
Abhi Ishq Ke Imtihan Aur Bhi Hain

Other worlds exist beyond the stars—
More tests of love are still to come.

Tehi, Zindagi Se Nahin Ye Fazaen
Yahan Saikron Karwan Aur Bhi Hain

This vast space does not lack life—
Hundreds of other caravans are here.

Qanaat Na Kar Alam-e-Rang-o-Bu Par
Chaman Aur Bhi Ashiyan Aur Bhi Hain

Do not be content with the world of color and smell,
Other gardens there are, other nests, too.

Agar Kho Gya Ek Nasheeman To Kya Gham
Maqamat-e-Aah-o-Faghan Aur Bhi Hain

What is the worry if one nest is lost?
There are other places to sigh and cry for!

Tu Shaheen Hai, Parwaz Hai Kaam Tera
Tere Samne Asman Aur Bhi Hain

You are an eagle, flight is your vocation:
You have other skies stretching out before you.

Issi Roz-o-Shab Mein Ulajh Kar Na Reh Ja
Ke Tere Zaman-o-Makan Aur Bhi Hain

Do not let mere day and night ensnare you,
Other times and places belong to you.

Gye Din Ke Tanha Tha Main Anjuman Mein
Yahan Ab Mere Raazdaan Aur Bhi Hain

Gone are the days when I was alone in company—
Many here are my confidants now.

    Tahi zindgi se nahin.......yahan sainkron....aur bhi hain. Poet is reflecting about the life in the outer space-myriads of planets like our Earth supporting life and beings akin to us located millions of light years from our solar system. The poem carries the reader in the realm of mystery and makes one feel what they call 'emotional vibrations'
    Concept of a different 'zaman o makan' (time and space) in another couplet of this poem is noval and is not easy to grasp for ones like me.

      jee bilkul....pehla sher.....pehlay alfaz samajh lain.....koyee mushkil lafz nahin meray khiyal main....Iqbal naee nasal ko pegham de rahay hain k apni soch ko wusat do....jo kuch nazar aa raha hai us se aagay socho....jesay sitaron tak hamari nazar kam karti hai lekin Allah ka nizam bohat wasi hai....is se aagay bhi kuch hai....yani dosray jehan, sayaray,abadian, log, dunya waghaira waghaira...socho..ye kainat bohat wasi hai.....aur dosray misray main.....ye sabaq hai k aapka safar abhi khatm nahi huwa....azadi aur haq ki jastjoo ka safar jo aik ishq ya jadojehad hai, wo jari o sari hai, aur is safar main abhi aur mushkilat aane wali hain.....tayar ho jao...himat na harna...qadam barhate jao....mushkilat ka muqabla kerne k liye tayar raho....agar kamiabi chahte ho..........thanks....Khawar Ikram

    Allama ki shairee ko samajhna ho tou quraan ko aik baar b'ma tarjuma o tafseer aik baar perh lijiye. Iss k baad aapko kabhi tashreeh ki zaroorat mehsoos na hogi
    Allah inki maghfirat kerain aur in k derjaat buland kerain.
    Yaqeenan afsos hum pe k hum in k kalam ki kuch qadar na ker paye

    Iqbal wasn't a poet. He certainly deserves to be labelled more than that. Unfortunately, what remains of Iqbal's dinesty is just his name and the message.

    These days, Muslims hardly give importance to his thoughts and his name has just become a matter of exploitation.

    More alarming is the government's stance of scraping away the Iqbal's thoughts and deliberate efforts for secularisation.

    To all those who are saying that "hum iqbal ki shairi ya socho fikar ka faida na utha pae"...u guys are still alive and iqbal thru his wisdiomatic poetry is asking you to take benefit from me now..and dont say "hum faida nhe utha pae" say "main faida nhe utha paya" i knw lots who ave juiced out from iqbal poetry and succeeded.
