KNOWLEDGE AND LOVE

Ilm Ne Mujh Se Kaha Ishq Hai Diwana-Pan
Ishq Ne Mujh Se Kaha Ilm Hai Takhmeen-o-Zan

Knowledge said to me, Love is madness;
 Love said to me, Knowledge is calculation—

Band-e-Takhmeen-o-Zan! Kirm-e-Kitabi Na Ban
Ishq Sarapa Huzoor, Ilm Sarapa Hijab!

O slave of calculation, do not be a bookworm!
 Love is Presence entire, Knowledge nothing but a Veil.

Ishq Ki Garmi Se Hai Maarka-e-Kainat
Ilm Maqam-e-Sifat, Ishq Tamasha-e-Zaat

The universe is moved by the warmth of Love;
  Knowledge deals with the Attributes, Love is a vision of the Essence;

Ishq Sukoon-o-Sabat,Ishq Hayat-o-Mamat
Ilm Hai Paida Sawal, Ishq Hai Pinhan Jawab!

Love is peace and permanence, Love is Life and Death:
 Knowledge is the rising question, Love is the hidden answer.

Ishq Ke Hain Maujazat Saltanat-o-Faqr-o-Deen
Ishq Ke Adna Ghulam Sahib-e-Taj-o-Nageen

Kingdom, faith and faqr are all miracles of Love;
 The crowned kings and lords are base slaves of Love;

Ishq Makan-o-Makeen, Ishq Zaman-o-Zameen
Ishq Sarapa Yaqeen, Aur Yaqeen Fatah-e-Bab!

Love is the Space and the Creation, Love is Time and Earth!
 Love is conviction entire, and conviction is the key!

Shara-e-Mohabbat Mein Hai Ishrat-e-Manzil Haraam
Shorish-e-Toofan Halal, Lazzat-e-Sahil Haraam

The luxury of destination is forbidden in the religion of Love;
 Fighting the storms is permitted, but the comfort of the shore is forbidden;

Ishq Pe Bijli Halal, Ishq Pe Hasil Haraam
Ilm Hai Ibn-Ul-Kitab, Ishq Umm-Ul-Kitab!

Lightning is permitted to Love, Harvest is forbidden.
 Knowledge is the child of the Book, Love is the mother of the Book.

    Allama Iqbal may Allah SWT belss his soul in Jannah was a Sharah-e-Islam.
    He died with a great pain of muslim Ummah in his heart-Love him with alot of prayers for him.

      No, its not Allama Iqbal's poetry. There is no such shair in Kalam-e-Iqbal.

      Tawheed e Hasti hen ham sara jahan hamara,
      Ham kaffiroon kay Kaffir, kaffir khuda hamara....

      First Line mein Iqbal ne Tawheed ka btaya hai, He means, Humari hasti Tawheed se hai aur saray jahan ka ek hi Allah Khuda Hai,
      Second line mein Kafir se muraad woh Kafir nahi jo app samjh rhay hain, It means, Kafir = Inkaar krny wala.

      Ham kaffiroon kay Kaffir =jo khuda ko nahe manta (kafir munafiq) hum usky kafir hein yeni hum usko nahe manty...
      kafir khuda hamara = Yeni humara khuda b unko nahe manta WO B kafiro ko nahe manta....

      And Yes! its Iqbal's Poetry...

      Hey to all thoso who understand worldly meanings ko na dekha kary....kafir ka meaning ha inkaar karny wala iss liye kafir k kafir ka meaning ha k hum kafiroo ko nahi manty....but i m 200% sure k ye Iqbal ka shair ha hi nahi....Iqbal jesa Insan jo abdaal k martaby par tha wo kabhi bhi aesa shair nahi kahy ga....

    السلام وعلیکم تمام محترم احباب میں ناچیز کچھ تحریر کرنا چاہوں گا، بھائیو بات یہ نہیں کہ ہم صرف تعریف کریں اور کبھی کبھی بلاگ وزٹ کریں۔ اور کہیں کہ کام مکمل ہوگیا
    حضرت علامہ اقبالؒ روح محمد تھے ان کے کلام اور قران مجید کو آپ پڑھیں شعر پڑھیں اور اس کا حوالہ قرآن میں ڈھونڈیں میری ناقص رائے کے مطابق سرکار نبی کریم کے الفاظ اور علامہ صاحب کے الفاظ اس امت کو ایک ہی نقطے پر لاتے ہیں...... اگر ہر امتی سرکار پاک سے محبت رکھتا ہے تو ان کے لیے علامہ صاحب کا کلام عظیم الشان رہنمائی ہے باقی بات کلام کو سمجھنے کی تو وہ بھی ایک فارمولا ہے جسے اپلائی کرکے تمام علوم قران دنیا آخرت کلام سب سمجھ میں آجاتا ہے لیکن اس کے لئے آپ کو ایک مرشد کامل کی تلاش کرنا ہوگی۔ اور ان کی صحبت میں بیٹھ کر وہ بنیادی درس لینا ہوگا جس پر سرکار نبی کریم ص نے کفار کے درمیان ایک یکسر مخالف پرامن معاشرہ قائم کیا اور وہ درس ہے کلمہ طیبہ......
    افسوس صد افسوس کہ آج کا امتی زبان سے یہ کلمہ تو ادا کر رہا ہے لیکن اس کی حقیقت کو سمجھ نہیں رہا اس پر عمل نہیں کر رہا اسکی قلب سے تصدیق نہیں کر رہا مرشد کے بغیر یہ کلمہ سمجھ نہیں آتا اور کلمہ نہ سمجھا تو پھر کچھ بھی سمجھ میں نہیں آتا
