Education And Its Consequences

Khush To Hain Hum Bhi Jawanon Ki Taraqqi Se Magar
Lab-e-Khandan Se Nikal Jati Hai Faryad Bhi Sath

Though we also are happy with the progress of the young
But some complaint from the happy lips also comes with it

Hum Samajhte The Ke Laye Gi Faraghat Taleem
Kya Khabar Thi Ke Chala Aye Ga Ilhad Bhi Sath

We had thought education would bring economic freedom
We did not know that atheism would also come with it

Ghar Mein Parvaiz Ke Shireen To Huwi Jalwa Numa
Le Ke Ayi Hai Taisha-e-Farhad Bhi Sath

Though Shirin did honor Parviz with her presence
But she brought the ax of Farhad also with her

“Tukham-e-Degar Bakaf Aaryem-Wa-Bakariyem Za-Nau
Kancha Kashtiyem Za Khujlat Natawan Kard Drau”

Let us take the seed afresh in our hand and use it anew
We are ashamed to reap what would come out from whatever we sowed

    Well I think it's misunderstood. The word "Ilhaad" is taken from the word "Lehad". "Lehad" is "Grave" and "Ilhaad" is "the person who digs graves". If we read these verses by taking into account these meanings, they become more logical. That's my take. Please correct me if I am wrong.

      Ilhaad means restricting, diminishing, or creating boundaries to the power and Capabilities of Allah subhanahu.

      For those who abstain from such a sinful act are rewarded as per the last Ayaaths of Surath Al Mujadalah.

      The word is taken from the root word 'hadh'

    Ilhad Means Disbelief,Irreligion,Ahtiesm Or Idol Worship,But Here I Think It Means Disbelief And Refers To Secularism.
    But I Bare Witness That I Have Seen A Girl Converting To Atheism From Islam.

      Ilhaad means: restrict, encompass, diminish.

      It is prohibited in Islam (see soorath Al Mujadala. - last few Aayaaths

      No Ilhaad means restricting, diminishing, encapsulating, creating a boundary. It comes out of the word 'hadh'.

      The last few verses of Surath Al Mujadalah describes people who do not commit Ilhaad upon Allah subhanahu or His Prophet (pbuh). Ilhaad means restricting the abilities or powers. It is taken out of 'hadh' like Allah subhanuhu or His prophet do not have this or that capability. Muslims avoid doing such things. Wa ma alaina illal balaagh

    Ilhaad means encompass, or restrict or create boundaries. In other words imagine things to be beyond the capabilities and powers of Allah subhanahu or His Prophet.
    This practice is sinful. To learn more about rewards for being away from Ilhaad please see the last verses of Surath Al Mujadalah.
